I just feel uneasy that these labels are willing to desing or put their name on something that you use for killing.
Yesterday my friend a white hoodie on the condition that I would draw a picture on it. So I did. My assignment was that it had to be a cute picture of my friend with a tongue in the cheek attitude. So here is the result.
Today the news agencies all around Finland informed that Bjork has canceled her massive scale outdoor concert in Helsinki on the 10th of July which is also my birthday - Thanks a lot Bjork for ruining it for me. I have idolized her since I was 12 and always hoped to see her live. Then last spring it was becoming true. I saw an add saying that she is going to perform on a historical 10.000 people outdoor concert in Helsinki and the gig was set to be held on my birthday! I was in heaven and today I got crushed just 2 days before it was supposed to happen. The reason for canceling was her throat problems and some other shady excuses since she had canceled already 5 events during 2 last weeks. Some leaning towards health problems or logistic problems. They had sold over 8.000 tickets for the Helsinki concert with a price of 70 euros for a single ticket. Now the company who were in charge of to sell out these tickets for mass audience are in deep trouble. Of course refunding over 8.000 tickets is going to minus over 560,000 euros from this year's income. The sad thing was that the whole concert was specially customized for Bjork with special location and retailed set - like a mini festival in her glory. I would have probably not backed out just 2 days before with any reason if I would have known that there is 8.000 heads waiting for me to perform on a customized location. But that is me I guess. I just feel that it ruined a lot of people's day especially mine. Life isn't fair, not even every time ha ha ha.
